My right hip hurts a lot after strength training. the more i sit in between workouts, the worse the pain gets. what does this mean?

Not usual : First c an orthopod and b sure u do not have intrinsic hip problem, if not after xam ? X- rays ask 4 alternative exercises u may substitute. Does sound like a person with an arthritic condition, especially if u have morning pain when awake with some same type of pain which clears with movement.
