Hip or back pain: Back problems can give you hip pain and hip problems can give you back pain. Probably not enough information here to help you know what the cause is. How long has it been present? What makes it worse? Better? Does it go down into your leg? Any fever, chills, weight loss? Any bowel or bladder problems?
