No: Unfortunately, there isn't anything that can be done besides avoiding tight footwear (more for comfort reasons). I would recommend seeing and speaking with a podiatrist about this.

Toe deformity: It depends on the cause of the toe deformity. If the underlying cause is a bony deformity, there is little you can do. I would suggest you visit a podiatrist and have a thorough evaluation which can define not only the cause but also the treatment options.
