Not sure : It may just be swelling in your throat from all the coughing, but if the symptoms don't go away, you should see a doctor right away. Better safe than sorry.

Possible pneumonia: When water goes down the wrong way it is known as "aspiration"- which means it reached the windpipe or lower. Water is generally not that harmful but any substance aspirated can cause you to have inflammation or even "aspiration pneumonia". I would get checked out to see if you need treatment for such a problem. It could just be a cold you have now, but with the aspiration i wouldn't risk it.
