Should be fine: I see no reason not to at this time, unless you had specific problems with healing. It's always best to ask the dentist who actually did the procedure rather than relying on internet advice from doctors or others who never saw you.

Go slow: Absence of bleeding and tight jaw muscles, i would start with mechanical soft diet first. If it is tolerable, over the next 2-3 days slowly increase the diet to include more chewy/harder diet. Always keep the extraction sites clean after meals. Gum tissue healing may take 3 to 4 weeks, so be careful till then.
