Stamina: Interval aerobic training with incremental increases in time and intensity is the best way to build endurance along with weight training to fatigue muscles with little rest between sets. If you have not been working out start slow but progress each week and keep monitoring your routine to make sure you in your target zone when moving. Best wishes.
