Fantastic!: I think she's awesome! does she need a teammate? Seriously, ice hockey is an amazing high metabolism high cardiovascular sport that is overall relatively safe. With proper equipment, hockey players have less catastrophic injuries per player than most other sports. I can't think of anything not to like!

Hockey woman: Fantastic. Just make sure you wear a mouth guard and a protective helmet with face shield to prevent any ocular injuries.
