I twisted my foot earlier playing ice hockey, could it be possible that i have a sprained foot?

It is possible: Try icing the foot, resting it a bit and take an over-the-counter antiinflammatory such as advil/motrin/ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen). If there is bruising, swelling and significant pain it is best to have it checked out.

Yes: Not sure what dr.Steinberg meant by titers. I suspect a typo. Nevertheless, it is possible that u sprained ur foot, fractured it, confused it, injured a tendon etc. Go see a podiatrist for exam, x-rays and appropriate treatment. For now, rest, ice;compression and elevation along w otc pain meds.

Yes: You may have a sprain. If you twisted it bad enough, you may even have a fracture. If you can not put pressure on it have it evaluated.
