Caffeine: There is more caffeine in black tea than in green tea. If you are sensitive to stimulants like caffeine, this could disrupt your sleep. So if by "normal" tea you mean black tea, this could be a problem for you. You might consider drinking only green or herbal (low or no caffeine) teas.
