Could be: If you are breastfeeding then drinking tea or any drink with caffeine can cause problems with the baby's sleep. This occurs most often in babies under 6 months. Try drinking the tea earlier in the day or just skipping it and see if this helps.

Probably not: Two month old babies rarely sleep at night. Their day night cycles are often completely random but will eventually become closer to yours as their brains mature a bit. If you are breast feeding, try to gradually increase the time between feedings at night so baby will take more during the day. This will train his body to meet calorie requirements during the day. By 6 months you may be able to get a good 4-6 hour stretch of sleep at night.
