No such food.: Some may claim their product is a "sleep miracle" but nothing does what you ask. Imagine it would be very popular! In general it is best to avoid stimulants or depressants (alcohol) within several hours of sleep, but after that all bets are off. Try a variety of foods/drinks and find one that fits you. If you have significant sleep problems you may have a sleep disorder. See your doc.
