You may be depressed: Depression is associated with increased sleep for some people, and the fact that you have nothing to do suggests that your motivation and energy are low. Get Checked Out: Hmm...Sleeping a lot like that for a while may be a number of things, and you should see a sleep specialist. A young person like you with daytime sleepiness may have a condition called narcolepsy. You need to be evaluated. And...Very important...Never drive sleepy.
