I have buttocks abscess, the problem is its appear every 7 days to 2 month for 24-36 hours and gone (burst its self), its painful to sit or sleep?

See your doctor for: antibiotic treatment & referral to a surgeon who will drain the abscess & likely pack it with gauze to keep it open & draining. Although it may be from a different bacterium if it's close to your anus, Staphylococcus is the germ that usually causes skin abscesses. If not fully treated, a few "staph" bacteria remain & cause recurrence.
