Sleeping too much: Age 18, you've either got mono or you're just sleeping too much and not getting enough exercise. If your sleep schedule is irregular, you can be tired from that too. Other possibilities include depression or another serious medical condition. I'd try sleeping 9-10 hours regularly, getting some exercise, eating veggies, and going outside more. If that doesn't help in a week, see your doctor.
