Nothing: I don't think there is anything to do about that. Drinking unpasteurized juice is like drinking freshly squeezed juice. Unless the fruit is know to be contaminated, then there is really nothing to do.

GI distress: From a reputable company it shoouldn't matter. Pasteruizing cooks the drink thereby killing potential bacterial contaminants like e coli and salmonella most of them cause nausea, vomitting, diarrhea to start the clinical course after which there can be further complications.
