Sounds like : You are reading from a urinalysis report. Hyaline casts are visible under microscope when protein and kidney cells form into a cylindrical shape and get excreted in urine. It can happen when you have abnormal amount of protein in urine or dead cells in kidney. Urobilinogen is urine form of bilirubin which is elevated when you have jaundice. Many means more than few. Ask your doctor for detai.
