What is this? sudden unconsciousness with convulsions that i fall in and out of for hours. no vision for 10min after last episode. cannot be woken up.

Loss of consciousnes: There could be multiple explanations for what you describe but any sudden loss of consciousness must include evaluation for possible seizure (neurology exam and eeg possibly) and evaluation for cardiac rhythm problem (holter, cardiac stress tests considered). Can be migraine and several other explanations including pseudoseizures but those are effectively diagnoses of exclusion after first 2 eval.
