i have vesicals on finger, its happend multiple times in the same place, my whole hand itches but vesicles don't, i get red line up arm too?

Dermatitis: Likely it is dyshidrotic eczema where there are deep seated itchy vesicles on the hands. It is made worse around irritants. There are other conditions it could be such as psoriasis. Get an evaluation by a dermatologist and you may need steroid cream to treat.
