Nausea and Vomiting: Mothers around the world know some secrets here. First if you have a fever and or a heart rate above 120 BPM you may need IV fluids from your nearest hospital. But, at home if you are even throwing up what you drink I have patients use popsicles or other frozen fluids to slowly keep the fluids going in to you and not out.
