Maybe a side effect: A known side effect is muscle twitching. Another is stomach cramps. Yours may not be common, but it can still be a side effect. Ask the prescribing doctor and/or your pharmacist for their opinion and suggestions. Your other rx drugs might be interacting in ways that produce unexpected effects. I hope you find relief.
