Pain not normal: It's common to get itchy fungal rashes in your groin (tinea cruris or "jock itch"), but they shouldn't make your testicles hurt. Testicular pain in young men can be due to infection (usually gonorrhea or chlamydia) or to torsion (twisting). If you continue to have pain, you should see a doctor again.
