My 12 year old son has had a headache for several days that won't go away. no temp but back pain, and stomach pain, tests normal. what is causing this?

Headache, back, stom: There could be many reasons, including some infections that don't always present with fever like west nile virus. But I have too little information to advise further because not clear what tests were done. Sorry to give very limited reply.
