Good day my son 10 years old was not feeling good last night. he experienced a cool sensation from stomach coming up to his throat which he says he struggle to breath as well as headache. my son is in the house 24/7 what could have been wrong.

Many conditions: He should be screened for both flu and COVID 19, monitor his temperature. If he has respiratory difficulty, please see urgent/acute care. Other causes include Strep and other causes of pneumonia. Offer clear fluids, Tylenol and please contact your physician.
