My 7 year old son came home from school yesterday claiming of a headache , stomach ache ,chills and he has a fever what should i do?

M.D. visit: These symptoms may indicate that he has the flu or another illness. I would advise keeping him well hydrated, checking his temperature and giving tylenol (acetaminophen) for a fever. Call your pediatrician for an appointment. If he has neck stiffness or trouble breathing, please take him to the ED,
