As long as your: Not neuropathic it is fine. (have loss of sensation). Keep in mind too much water can have a drying effect, so as long as you are on the look out for that and can simply moisturize if that does occur you should be fine. Make sure to dry the feet thoroughly so as not to build moisture in the web spaces.

If not too hot but..: The main harm would be if the water burns you, though as dr. Kass says, soaking often may paradoxically cause dry skin. As long as you're doing this, try adding 1/2 cup of epsom salts to the water. Some magnesium will be absorbed through your skin & thus increase magnesium levels, which most people are deficient in.
