My cycle=30-31days. ovulation predictors (clear blue digi) tell me i ovulate on day18. luteal phase=only 12days! are my chances of conceiving lower?

No: The diagnosis of luteal phase and luteal deficiency is complicated and a bit controversial these days; but a 12 day luteal phase would still be within normal. Furthermore, luteal-phase defect has not been associated with trouble conceiving. Good luck.
