Estimated to ovulate cycle day 14. is cycle day 10 and 11 too early to conceive? would that give me the very best chance at conceiving?

Not really: However, not impossible. Sperm can stay around/survive in the female genital tract for fertilization for about 5 days or so, hence conception can still occur with intercourse on Day 10-11.
