I don’t know if I, or anyone can say for certain, what the chances are for conception. I think it would be a more wait and see situation. If a female has her monthly menstrual cycle, then all most likely is fine. That is all that I can offer you.

The egg only survives for about 24 hours after conception, and it is uncertain how long it is actually viable during that period. So if you knew FOR CERTAIN that you ovulated more than 24 hours prior, you would be safe. Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to have that degree of certainty, so there is a probably a moderate chance (at least) of conceiving "a day after".
