Not herpangina: Herpangina is a self-limited illness which should be completely resolved within two weeks. If you still have "bumps" they are not from herpangina.

Herpangina infection: Herpangina infections are caused by the coxsackie virus. You may want to check with your md to see if you have a recurrence. Herpangina can lead to some rather bad manifestations. Also, you may want to check what you are eating and from where; it is passed by fecal-oral contamination. Good luck.
