I've been taking doxycycline, azithromicin and prednisolone to treat an infection but now i'm having a sore throat with whitish bumps and yellow. what is the problem?

likely viral. The combination of med you are using would kill strep. At least 1/2 of sore throats are viral. At some point the meds may permit yeast to overgrow in that location causing thrush. An exam could sort this out.
