Ultrasound: You should call your OB they will be able to preform an ultrasound. At 7 weeks during which, they should be able to show you the baby's heartbeat and make sure everything is ok.

See your OB/GYN doc: Any bleeding during pregnancy might be a "threatened abortion" which would be spontaneous (i.e. A miscarriage). Not all bleeding is a problem. The person best suited to help you determine the difference is your doctor.

Relax: While this could be a sign of a threatened miscarriage, it is more likely implantational bleeding or from a subchorionic hemorrhage which is frequently harmless other than the fright it gave you. Call your doctor monday and ask their advice.
