Im about 4 or 5 weeks pregnant, last week i had bad cramping and went to use the restroom and saw a lot of red blood, ever since then ive been bleeding brown with what looks like coffee grounds. i got blood work done and it says im still pregnant?

The blood test single reading may be at a level that indicates pregnancy. You need to repeat the test in 2-3 days, if the level of HCG does not double or decreases, that would indicate a compromised pregnancy. You doctor could also do an ultrasound examination to look for a gestational sac. Wish you good health!
