I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant and since yesterday i have started bleeding. it began with a dark brown coloured blood, and last thing last night it was red. this morning its back to brown. i have some cramping as well. should i stress about it?

Your OB physician may prescribe progesterone oral supplements. See your OB physician, who may also order a pelvic ultrasound.
