"7w pregnant" ?'s: Bleeding at "7 weeks" of pregnancy may be caused by poor progesterone production from the placenta, since ovarian production of progesterone stops/slows at this time, and the placenta may not yet produce enough, causing the bleeding. Your OB physician may prescribe progesterone oral supplements. See your OB physician, who may also order a pelvic ultrasound.
