Im 29 ttc, reg 27 day cycle. missed cycle on 10/16, took hpt on 10/18 got neg.cramping and really bright red bleeding 10/22.can i be pregnant?

Doubtful: Due to heavy bleeding however, if you have truly missed at least a one one cycle, I suggest a home pregnancy test. I doubt pregnancy based on the dates you have explained. Consult your GYN if heavy bleeding persists.
