Vasodilation: Ideally vasodilation causes increased bleeding, but in case of an allergic reaction, anaphylaxis, there is a rapid drop in blood pressure that causes bleeding to slow down, but it is pretty odd to have someone bleeding while having an allergic reaction, unless they were bleeding and then given a medication they are allergic to, does that answer your question?
