Not likely: Many people with no food allergy will produce antibody that reacts to the food allergy panel. Thus, these tests need to be interpreted by experts who treat food allergy daily. Skin testing is often more accurate, but ones history of symptoms that follow an ingestion is critical as well. Yes, dizziness/fogginess can occur with allergy, but is transient immediately following intake. Be well!
