Grief: I am very, very sorry to hear of your loss. Confide in friends, don't avoid sadness, it is normal and an important part of the grieving process. Talk about your mom, your memories of her but don't dwell, you have to give yourself a break during each day to get away from your sorrow and then when able return to the emotions you have. It takes time, be patient with yourself, losing a mom is tragic.
