So very sad: You're understandably hurting. It makes sense for many reasons. It's very important that you find as much sensitive support as you can. What matters is that you feel understood and not pushed by any artificial schedule. Some part may be hormonal, but overall it's simply so sad. Do ask your OBGYN for guidance on Rx's but grief counseling must be part of your life till you feel less pain. Peace!

Seek prof. help: You are suffering from severe grief, which can lead to depression and anxiety. Multiple losses like this can produce insomnia, loss of appetite, episodes of crying, and feelings of hopelessness. I recommend you seek help from an experienced psychologist. Ask your doctor for some anti-anxiety medication that will help with sleep. Avoid alcohol and staying in bed all day. Take walks with friends
