A cold is vague: I think it is unfair to assume yourself having a weak immune system without being diagnosed by a doctor or an immunologist to quantify which immune system is weak. A lot of things can make you feel sick including staying out in the sun for several hours. If your symptoms does not improve, you deserve a doctor's visit.
