I have cfids, but was told it's not autoimmune. however, doc says my immune system being out of whack causes my aches/weakness/inflammation. so how is it not an autoimmune issue if my immune system is "misfiring" and causing all of this? confused!

Immune function: No matter if condition named or not immune function determined by gut function. Looking into dietary changes and food allergy testing is often helpful.
