TMJ?: Disorder of the TMJ typically associated with jaw clicking or pain may also have some referred pain in the ear. You should see an oral surgeon or possibly an ent.

Good day, My ear is blocked, feels swollen and I cant hear properly, there is a buzzing sound at times and today its a bit painful. Its been going on for 3 days now.
For about 4 days now, when i go to bed, I hear a distinct clicking sound in my right ear. I have to turn my head or sleep on my right side to not hear it. At times it even wakes me up. The clock is like I'm sleeping next to a watch.
