Hearing test: Yes your child can have an abr test and it can be recommended by your pediatrician.

Yes, but....: If her previous hearing tests were normal, there is no reason to rush to an abr. Retest the hearing in 1-2 mos. It may just have been some fluid, or retraction from a virus.
