Yes: Enervon is not a complete mutivitamin. It contains B vitamins (though not all of them) and Vitamin C. It does not have any E so it is safe and reasonable to take Myra E. You might want to consider a more complete multivitamin that has folic acid, vitamins A and D and minerals like zinc, selenium and magnesium. Most multiples only have 30 iu of E so additional E is OK to take.
