55 yr old female. on my right breast, in the middle of my nipple there is a blueish color spot. it does not hurt. the nipple seemed dry a few weeks ago and i've been putting vitamin e on it?

I doubt its significance or the change is related to vitamin E lotion. However, I would suggest to stop this lotion and watch the site for now. If nipples become dry again, you can use vaseline jelly. If any further change occurs you can see your doctor by then.
