Be seen: It could be many things, including an abnormality of the blood vessels that may require cauterization. See your family doctor or ENT for an opinion. In the meantime, afrin (oxymetazoline) nose spray can sometimes help temporarily, but this sounds like you need to be evaluated.

Postnasal drainage : From allergies can very well cause nosebleeding as you described. You will need to take antihistamines and nasal sprays w steroids .Clean your nose with saline solutions or otc nasal mist. Need to rule out bleeding disorders if you have easy bruising, tires easily or petechial spots.
