Coca Cola Addiction: You are probably just being indulgent of your brains desire to consume the sugar/corn syrup in coca-cola. Here is a solution: if you do something for 21 days it becomes a habit. So make a plan to cut back on coca-cola by 3 ounces each day. After a week or so, start replacing with water or unsweetened ice tea. I guarantee you will feel better from the inside.
