Coke consumption: an occasional carbonated beverage is acceptable from a dental point of view. A mouthful of water after drinking it helps to more quickly neutralize the acid/sugar exposure. The matter of the phosphates impact on bone heath is another matter

Not recommended: When you consider all of facts and risks associated with Coca-Cola, it is easy to understand why many doctors warn against people drinking Coca-Cola or virtually any other soft drink even in moderation. Water is the best.
