Need a check: Blood in the urine called hematuria can be cause by infection, urine obstruction at the prostate, kidney stone or a bleeding source within the bladder. You should be seen by your pmd or in the er if your symptoms are severe. You need a urinalysis, urine cultures, possibly a cat scan and possibly a "look" into the bladder with a fiber optic tool by an urologist.
