No: No, the world isn't there yet. Maybe someday in the distant future, but life is actually much, much more complex than that. There are many different neurotransmitters, that do different things in different parts of the brain and body. They are not independent, but may work together, so that their levels and effects are likely different in various parts of the brain and body, etc...
