Antihistamine: In general, allegra, benadryl, (diphenhydramine) and Claritin are considered "probably safe" to take during lactation. You should talk to your pediatrician to seek her or his opinion as well. The safest thing is to avoid all medications that could be transmitted to your child in breast milk.
